It is under the band's personal supervision- so I guess this is as close as you get to the band.

A very useful site.
Its goal was to create one place where you could access all your favorite Pearl Jam content.
Includes: news, songlists (ALL PJ songs out there), Statistics, great links by subject, quotes, merchandise, polls and more great stuff.

Before Pearl Jam, in the 80's, Eddie Vedder was a member of a band called 'Bad Radio'.
This site has the most info on that band, as far as I've explored.
Very interesting to read Eddie's lyrics from so many years ago.
Bad Radio demos tape is traded and taped around. (I have a copy).
Crazy Crazy : Mother Love Bone Site
Before Pearl Jam, in the 80's, Stone Gossard and Jeff Ament were members of a band called "Mother Love Bone" w/ lead singer named Andy Wood.
This site includes: MP3z, Interview with Andrew Wood's girlfriend, Xana La Fuente, Photos (including Autographs), Links and Discography.Pearl Jam and Soundgarden members formed a group named "Temple of the Dog" in 1991 and released an album by that name.
This album is a tribute to Andy Wood, Mother Love Bone's frontman, who has died that year from an O.D.This well-designed site includes: History, Discography, Images and more info.
